Overview:
The Hampton House is a members-only neighborhood clubhouse that needed a refresh of their outdated website, which had become difficult to navigate and overloaded with information. Mave Marketing redesigned the site to be clean, user-friendly, and visually inviting—prioritizing clarity and accessibility for both members and staff.
Key features of the initial build included a calendar for community events, a booking system for room rentals, and digital forms for guest pool access—all of which helped streamline day-to-day operations for their team. We also facilitated a smooth domain transition from the old site to the new one without any disruption to their email service and provided hands-on training for three staff members to manage the site confidently going forward.
In a follow-up phase, under a new director, Mave was brought back in to implement website updates, including the creation of a password-protected member area and new graphic design enhancements to elevate the site's visual appeal.
